The Simple Members App allows you to effortlessly add an appointment in just a few taps.
Making an appointment using the Appointment Wizard via the + icon
Open the Simple Members App (get it from the App Store if you haven't already) and log in.
Tap the + on the top right.
Tap None next to Client.
Start typing the client's name and tap their name when they come up in the list.
Tap Add next to Services to choose a service.
Scroll the service list to find the service you want to book or tap All to search a specific Service Category. Tap a service to add it to the appointment.
After you tap a service from the list, choose the operator who you'd like to book this service with. This step allows you to choose a different operator for each service, that way the appointment can be split across operators if required.
The service and corresponding operator will be added to the appointment details. Continue adding more services if you'd like.
Tap the options next to Day and Time to set these details. For Day you have Today, Tomorrow or Later (Later allows you to choose a specific date). For Time you have Morning, Lunch Time, Afternoon, or Evening.
Then tap Find Options.
The appointment options will come up below. Scroll the list and tap Book next to the appointment you want to make.
The appointment will be made in the operator's column. If there are multiple services across multiple operators, the appointment will be booked accordingly.
The appointment is flexible, you can press it and drag it to a different time. You can also lengthen and shorten the appointment.
