If you would like to attach one or more photos to a client's appointment, you can.
Simple Members allows you to upload one or more photos to client cards and appointments using the Document & Photo Management feature. This article will look at how to upload one or more photos to a client's appointment, which becomes a part of their client history.

Uploading one or more photos to a client's appointment
Go to the client's appointment and click their name.
In the Visit Details window click Images/Files.
To upload an image click/tap the upload icon in the Images section.
The My Files option will be selected, so either drag one or more photos into the Drop files here space or click the Select Files button to find the photo file(s) on your computer or device.
You can also click/tap the Camera option if you would like to take a photo on the fly to have it uploaded to the client's appointment there and then.
Once the photo(s) has been uploaded, it will display in the Images section of the Visit Details window.
The most recently uploaded photo on the appointment will display first.
Simply click a photo to view it.
