Never miss a detail again. Efficiently record and keep track of all client history by making notes on your clients appointments, and using their client card to refer back to all comments saved.
Making notes/comments on your clients appointments.
To make a note on a clients appointment, first locate their appointment, then click the clients name on their appointment.
In the Visit Details pop up window, click inside the Comments box and type in your note. This note can be as long and as detailed as you need, the space here is unlimited.
When you're done entering in the visit note, click Save Comments.
Viewing visit notes.
Anytime you wish to view past, present or future visit notes you can click the clients name on their appointment to bring up the Visit Details window. Alternatively you can search for the client in the Client Search, and go to their client card—the notes will be displayed against each appointment in the Visits section.
To see the notes in the client's client card, click the clients full name, which is a link to their client card.
At the bottom of the client card, the notes will be saved against each appointment in the Visits section.
Click the Note Pad icon in the row of the appointment you wish to view.
Note: Green highlighted visits refer to appointments TODAY; yellow highlighted visits refer to FUTURE appointments; white visits refer to PAST appointments.
The note will pop up for you to read.
NOTE: Don't tick the option to Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs—this is a browser setting, leave it un-ticked.
Another way to view Client History notes.
Click the clients name on their appointment and select the Client History button in the Visit Details window.
Up to the last 10 visits and all history notes are easily accessible here. Refer back to these past appointments quickly anytime you need to.
